A simple way through the website

Begin in four steps.

You do not need to read every page before reaching out. Use this page to identify the service, understand the financial structure, and then continue to the Contact page through the appropriate route.

  1. Decide whether you are seeking weekly individual psychotherapy, an EMDR intensive, couples or relationship therapy, executive coaching, the More Than a Safeword workshop list, or clinician consultation.
  2. Check the insurance section. Only eligible individual psychotherapy may be billed to an accepted insurance plan.
  3. Review the fee, payment methods, and cancellation policy connected to the service you are considering.
  4. Continue to the Contact page. Use the secure psychotherapy pathway for individual therapy, or the dropdown inquiry form for private-pay and professional services.

Current format: Services are offered by telehealth for now. Psychotherapy clients must be physically located in California at the time of the session.

Kink-Affirming Care

Kink is not approached as evidence of trauma.

Consensual kink, BDSM, and power exchange are not presumed to arise from trauma or pathology. Trauma becomes clinically relevant only when the client’s own history, experience, or present response suggests that it may be affecting awareness, communication, safety, capacity, consent, or choice.

Even then, the goal is not to pathologize desire, identity, role, or a consensual practice. The goal is to understand what the response may be communicating and to strengthen awareness, safety, consent, and agency.

Read the Educational Article
Not presumed pathological Consensual kink is not treated as a symptom merely because it involves intensity, role, or power.
Response awareness Possible trauma responses are noticed for safety and consent—not used as a verdict about identity or desire.
Agency remains central The clinical questions concern function, context, capacity, choice, impact, communication, and repair.
