With the Flash Technique, you identify the target privately. I do not need the facts or narrative of what happened. You use a Positive Engaging Focus while I guide the work, and I ask what changed—not what happened.

In my clinical work, I have seen specific trauma targets move from highly distressing to neutral in less than five minutes. This is a target-specific clinical observation, not a promise for every person or concern. Assessment, preparation, consent, pacing, and the amount of treatment needed remain individual.

Private-pay EMDR intensives protect a concentrated block of clinical time for adults who value privacy, specialized work, and a format that fits substantial responsibilities. Choose an agreed 3-hour, 5-hour, or multi-day format consisting of three 5-hour days.

Every package includes preparation, target mapping, clinically appropriate breaks, reprocessing and integration, plus one 45-minute post-intensive follow-up. If more clinical work is appropriate afterward, the next option through this practice is another agreed intensive block—not standalone individual, couples, or weekly therapy.

The Intensive Application is required before a fit call is considered. After clinical-fit review, selected applicants may be invited to a no-cost 15-minute initial fit call. I schedule an agreed intensive directly; neither an application nor a call reserves an appointment.

Focused EMDR Case Consultation$225 per 60 minutes · Online · Non-credit-bearing

Advanced clinical reflection and case reasoning for appropriately EMDR-trained clinicians: AIP-informed conceptualization, preparation, pacing, target sequencing, and complex clinical decisions. $225 per 60-minute online session.

Licensed clinicians and registered associates with their supervisor’s awareness may inquire after completing appropriate EMDR basic training. Requests are reviewed for role, training, question, and scope; acceptance is not guaranteed. A written consultation agreement is required.

Privately paid and non-credit-bearing. This is not psychotherapy, supervision, basic training, or credentialing-hour consultation. Keep the initial question non-identifying; do not send client records or recordings through an ordinary inquiry form.
